You not only receive the minimum 1-year workmanship warranty required for all new homes built in the state of Oklahoma, you also receive an additional 2-year Mechanical Warranty and 10-year Structural Warranty backed by the Residential Warranty Corporation, LLC (RWC). In order to qualify for an RWC warranty certain standards and eligibility requirements have to be met. This type of warranty not only offers you peace of mind during the ownership of your new home, it is also transferrable in the event you sell your home. Another assurance of how committed we are towards your satisfaction in your new home is provided in the 30, 180 and 360 day follow-up visits after you move into your new home.
